Return Policy

At Sands Works, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations.

Standard Products

Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged standard-color Snow Arc Guard™ products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Custom & Non-Standard Colors

Custom colors, Pantone color matches, and other non-standard color orders are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Manufacturing Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they enter Manufacturing / In Production status.

Once an order has entered Manufacturing / In Production, it cannot be cancelled because production has begun. Manufacturing status changes are recorded with a timestamp.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact Sands Works within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

After review, Sands Works will determine whether the product qualifies for replacement or return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• New and unused

• Uninstalled

• Undamaged

• Returned in their original packaging whenever practical

Returned products are inspected before any refund is approved.
